This is a delightful as well as gratifying alternative to those blah non-caffeinated herbal blends. Add some hot soy milk or whole milk and you have got a great beverage that will probably tame your mid-morning or even afternoon sweet tooth. It’s not really chocolatey or minty, nevertheless a nice rounded flavor. Absolutely no licorice, therefore there’s no weird aftertaste. The lower price for the pack of three is actually cost-effective, too! One for house, office and pantry.

From time to time you need a decaffeinated or even no-caffeine hot drink, and this fits the bill. This isn’t really a tea, but it tastes wonderful consistently. It has obtained a mild brew that’s smooth. The mints as well as chocolate flavors are generally really slight; the aftertaste is actually mintier than the actual sip. This most likely is not going to satisfy a chocolate yearning – however it does possess a truly delicious chocolate aroma. I had by no means experimented with rooibos tea before this particular blend, and I must point out I ended up being pleasantly surprised. The brew is nice & a little bit nutty, and is complemented well by the chocolate. A nice change from traditional teas. This particular brew is very light so those who tend to be looking for powerful mint or chocolate look elsewhere. more info

Have to get use to the hot watery chocolate taste, so unlike what one is accustomed to, a thick creamy drink. My suggestion is to use a sparkling water for a cool beverage and double the brew. It’s OK, not sure I would buy it again. Pricey for flavored tea.

I had never tried rooibos tea before this blend, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The brew is sweet & a bit nutty, and is complemented well by the chocolate. A nice change from traditional teas. This brew is *very light* so those of you who are looking for strong mint or chocolate look elsewhere. For those who want a hot smooth non-caffeinated drink, try this out. And if you don’t like it, please send the rest to me. 😉

I am following this company since they have started to sell their teas only in boutique stores in California and their boxes were black and looked handmade..

The company has gone ahead big time. They have usually good quality teas, some of them awesome, some not that much (to my taste)

This one is an example of the product that is definitely not their best.

When I bought it I did have a great expectation knowing that ML and that in most of their blends they deliver good& innovative teas.

This blend is a big disappointment to say the least.

When you read “truffle” on the package, you expect “gourmet”, “quality”, “subtle taste with a twist”.

Mighty Leaf Tea Chocolate Mint Truffle Herbal Tea is a very average tea, not really bad, but not worth spending $$$ you can buy a bottle of decent wine for.

Also I am wondering who is sewing these tea bags (are they hand made?), I hope not some pure people in Third World countries.

If so who can guarantee equivalent health standards?

Wife loves it! Great special gift that takes the place of a box of chocolates.
