First off, I am the type of person that is always on the go. A co-worker had introduced me to Herbalife tea. She said it would help me in my weightloss. I started drinking this tea with hot water and sweet and low, and I normally drink it several times a week. I always keep keep the bottle in my work bag, for a cup of tea in the afternoon. Well, I somehow took it out of my bag and never thought about it again until this morning. It seems I did not drink the tea for about a week and started to feel very down. I was very sluggish and just had no energy at all. It was like I had to make an effort to workout or do anything. It’s like my metabolism had crashed.
